When & Where

I am fully aware of the number and nature of the stairs located in the Jumeirah Emirates Towers (the "JET"), and
the skill and physical exertion required to ascend and/or descend such stairs as part of the stair climbing competition
at JET (the "Competition"). I am also fully aware of my own physical limitations. I agree unconditionally to
assume the risk of participating in the Competition and agree to accept all responsibility for any or all injuries I may
sustain whilst participating in the Competition, no matter what the circumstances of the accident and/or injury.

I acknowledge that it is my sole decision to enter the Competition. I am aware that I shall be engaging in physical
exercise which could cause harm, injury, pain or discomfort to me. I agree to participate in the Competition on a
voluntary basis and I assume all risk of harm, injury, pain or discomfort that might result.

If participation in the Competition causes me any harm, personal injuries, pain or discomfort, I will immediately
advise a member of staff at JET of this condition and cease further participation in the Competition.

I am aware that it is always advisable to consult a doctor or physician before undertaking any physical activity or
participating in any event that is the same as or similar to the Competition. I warrant that I do not suffer from any
medical condition and/ or incapacity which may impair my ability to participate in the Competition and further, that
I do not suffer from any heart condition, epilepsy, or other medical condition which may result in me potentially
placing myself in a position of risk, by participating in the Competition.

In consideration of Medecins Sans Frontieres, Emirates Towers LLC and Jumeirah International LLC, their parent
and subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, the owner and each of them (collectively,
"Jumeirah") allowing me to participate in the Competition, I agree as follows:-

1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL LEGAL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against Jumeirah
or MSF as a result of my participation in the Competition;

2. TO RELEASE JUMEIRAH and/or MSF from any and all liability from any loss, damage, injury or
expense that I may suffer, as a result of my participation in the Competition due to any cause whatsoever
(including Negligence, Breach of Contract, or Breach of any Statutory or other Duty of Care);

3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY JUMEIRAH and MSF from and against all actions, costs,
claims, charges, expenses and damages, however caused, which may be brought or made or claimed against
them, arising from any personal injury, pain or discomfort or loss, related to your participation in the
Competition provided, including but not limited to, liability for any damage to the property of, or personal
injury to, any third party.

By signing this waiver, I agree to be filmed, televised and photographed during the event and agree that all such
recordings and photographs may be used by the organisers for promotional purposes. Any use of photographs or
recordings of the event is strictly limited to personal use only (except when prior consent has been granted by the
event organisers).

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS RELEASE OF
LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY and that I have signed below on a voluntary basis
and that the terms above are binding on myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and representatives.
