1. You must be 13 years of age or over to use these forums. All those individuals under 13 years of age will need full permission form from their parents before posting any messages. This is in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).
2. The default language of this forum is English; posts in other languages may be removed.
3. Nicknames are by default the same Nickname you created when you created your Premier Marathons Profile and cannot be changed. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Nicknames we feel to be offensive or inappropriate in anyway will be removed and your profile may be suspended or deleted; this includes those that appear to be a domain name.
4. Always be polite and respectful to other users, moderators and administrators. Any behavior that appears to be offensive, unconstructive or inappropriate in anyway will be removed. Any members who do this repeatedly will be banned. Bad language will not be tolerated.
5. Please post with as much detail as possible and try to avoid slang or abbreviations. Our users are multicultural and may be based all around the world and some have limited understanding of English.
6. Before posting please search first and have a look at our knowledge base, it is possible that somebody else has had the same issue or question in the past and you are likely to find an answer. If you do find an answer, please reply to the existing topic so that a more useful resource is created for others in the future. If you do not find the solution please open a new topic.
7. Please open new topics in the most relevant forum. The moderators and administrators reserve the right to move any topic for any reason they see fit without a link in the original forum.
8. Off topic threads (or any other for that matter) may be deleted without any reason. These forums are for the discussion of the sports with an emphasis on running in the UAE but covering other sports and sport related topics (equipment for sale, training programs etc). Any other off topic posts may be added to the 'General Chat' forum. Links posted to adult themed, illegal or anything else deemed to be unfit will be removed and could result in your account being suspended or deleted with no warning.
9. Quotes from any email correspondence are not allowed. This is because they may be legally binding between two parties, copyrighted or considered commercial spam.
10. Periodically moderators and administrators may post his or her comments. These may not unnecessarily reflect the opinion of Premier Marathons or its staff.
11. Forum moderators are not necessarily staff members of Premier Marathons; they may be volunteers who do as much or as little as they want. Please do not pester them, especially by contacting them requesting support. Customer support issues may be directed to our support desk if no solution can be found in the forum or knowledge base.
12. This forum system is not a venue for personal or private vendettas. Keep your personal business away from here. This forum is not a venue for the resolution of personal disputes with members or companies. This is one of the main reasons behind rule number 13. Other reasons include may include and in no specific order are; protection of our clients, competitive advantage etc.
13. Advertising of competitors' products, related products or services with or without a link is not allowed. We are aware that there are many events and similar services which are popular but no direct links may be posted to these in forum posts or signatures.
    Signatures must be no longer than five lines of text.
14. You agree not to hold Premier Marathons or its members liable for anything stated within the forums.
15. Please read over your response before posting it thoroughly to ensure it cannot be interpreted the wrong way and cause unintended offense. At times it can be difficult to portray the intended emotion in plain or rich text. Anyone using inappropriate language, starting personal attacks, or engaging in hatred will be banned from all further discussions and web site access as a whole.
16. Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.
17. Please only create one topic per subject as otherwise this will be considered as spam and the newest topic will be removed.
18. This forum is NOT for Shameless Promotions (See rule #13).
