To be able to register for an event or make a purchase you will need to first create a profile. This is a one-time requirement and is completely free.

Each email address must be unique. You cannot use an address that has been used before to create a profile, whether or not that profile is still active. Your email address must also be in the correct format with no spaces or special characters e.g. yourname@domain.com

If your code was more than 30days old it will have expired and you will need to start again creating a new profile. If your code is less than 30 days old it is quite probable that you clicked it and it activated immediately (codes can only be clicked only once). Please try signing in with your username and password.

When you created a profile our system automatically sent you an email containing an Activation Link. This link needs clicking to activate your profile, until such time the system will not recognize your profile. Remember to check your junk/spam email folder for the Activation Link email.

Your username and password are both case-sensitive, please check your CAPS LOCK is off and your Number Lock is ON
If you're 100% sure your details are correct and you still can't sign in, your profile may have been deactivated. Profiles are deactivated for various reasons, including if an email address no longer appears to function; please use our Contact Form to check directly with us.

Please check your junk/spam folder for your confirmation email. If you have still not found the email containing your Activation Code please use the Contact Form to request manual activation.
