Customizable Event Details
Every event that you list has two types of information: Basic and Extended. All options are presented in a fast and easy to use format with your event listing created through our very own Premier Wizard. You can add as much or as little as you like and edit at any time.

What details can I list?
Basic Details include: event name, event type, date, location, distance, registration options including start and finish date, contact details of the organizer.
Extended Details include: event logo, event licensing details, prize money and awards details, event overview, suggested arrival/departure times, start/finish locations, weather forecast, course type/overview/difficulty/suggested spectator areas, transport and parking details, support station info, timing and certificate details, race category descriptions, race/bib number collection details, accommodation and travel info, charity info, event website details, picture gallery option, event specific file download facility etc.

How can I access my Registration Reports and what do I get?
As a Race Director we know that you need access to your registration information in a fast, efficient and flexible manner. Thanks to your Premier Marathons Race Director Account Manager you can access:

• Event registration status
• Number of registrations received (total, daily, weekly, monthly report, daily average)
• Registrations: View, print, edit individual registration data, export (Excel) by category / registrations only / chargeable extras / bib numbers
• Bib number allocation: view, print, export (Excel)
• Financials: Payment method reports, receipt numbers, total fees billed, payments received
• Post registration event reports as a downloadable summary

Online Payments - the secure way
No more collecting notes and change on race morning, no more piles of excess t-shirts, medals, breakfasts etc from the 'no-show' participants, no more collecting mailed in entries from your post box - now you can save time and money and forecast your race budget in advance for a change and all whilst providing your participants accurate, comprehensive race info and the flexibility of online payment!

All our online payments are processed through our secure payment gateway (operated by Network International, part of Emirates NBD) and our site is hosted on our own secure server. No credit card info is ever accessible or viewable to Premier Marathons Staff as transaction information is between the card holder and the bank only.

Note: we do still offer to process mailed in checks on behalf of races for those participants without a credit card or wary of online transactions. This service incurs a small additional fee for organizers.

Communication is the key!
With your Premier Marathons Race Director Account Manager you can now use our simple 'Mail Me' facility to send email messages direct to all registered participants in your event. (coming soon)

What's more, once someone has created a Premier Marathons Profile there is no need to re-enter personal/race info for every registration - now registering for an event literally can be done at the click of a mouse!
