| Comments: This was my first 21K race. It was very well organized from the regristration to after the race. I could not have asked for anything better. Marshalling was very good and consistent. Police, RTA medical team support was very professional. The course was beautiful. |

| Comments: Well organised event without any major surprises. It was surprising that some of the course seems to pass through Dubai old town areas which really interacted with the happenings of the area, but didnt seem to cause a problem for the locals or the runners. Running through the souk or along the docks was interesting and I think both runners and locals doing their business enjoyed the scenery. Well done to the organising committee for keeping it a real city run without issues for the runners. Nice to have the breakfast at the finish line and relax outside in a dubai december weather |

| Comments: Thank you for a wonderful exerience that really made us want to do it again! I do hope I can come back next year to do it again. It was soo well organized, a beautiful course and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Only thing that could have been a little different was the warm-up, which apparently was way too difficult for most of the participants. Maybee something slightly easier/slower for the first few minutes of the warmup? Otherwise one of the best things I have ever done! Well done, to the organizers! |

| Comments: This event is in the top two events that I have attended. The only thing for me was the time delay after finishing before the breakfast area was open. OK if you can stay, but a 2 hour wait after finishing was a bit too long and I had to leave as had other things to do after the race. Maybe I should organise myself better next year !!!! Overall a fantastic event, well done to Murph and all others involved. |

| Comments: Having a relatively small number of contestants probably helped but this race is an example of everything that is good about staying fit through running. The only thing i would like different is to start earlier - maybe six fifteen. I found the second half much harder due to the radiant heat of the sun and the humidity, but then don't live in dubai, even thought i visit many times each year - the locals mainly thought it was quite cool. The course is as good as they come - interest everywhere, the organistion and marshalls all deserve a pat on the back for a job done fantastically well. The medical teams seem very much on the ball and observant and the post race bus to the wonderful golf club shower facilities is simply something that could not be arranged for an event with thousands of competitors I'd recommend it highly PS the comment by premier marathons that they will remove comments that are wholly unjust was a late offput for me - peoples perceptions differ and the readers surely are intelligent enough to read comments with balance and hardly need censorship |

| Comments: Generally excellent. We can all get better however so suggestions as follows:- Race T shirt - appalling, would not be seen dead in it. Take a look at the Puma shirts for the Standard Chartered event. These are seen all over town. Drink stations - Put Isostar in cups, what a waste. And difficult to open on the run. Bag drop - Inadequate. For those with no valuales to leave (most) then how about a simple pigeon hole system. Breakfast - Did not see why this had to start so late. I couldn't be bothered to hang around so gave away my ticket. |

| Comments: My only comment about the race today was the timer. I can't believe it was reset after the 1st wave. I know as i was approaching the finish that i didnt do that time (a small part of me wanted to!) Another thing...i started my watch timer at least 3 secs after i stepped over the start mats and noticed later when checking my official time that my finishing time was 14 secs off from my watch...how can that be? Anyway its not like im competing against the world record time, however i would have been rather upset had the secs gone over to the next minute. Any chance you could explain how this could happen? I always start my watch a few secs after passing the mats in all the other international races that i do and this is a first major discrepency. | Comments: This is my first half marathon in quite a while and I really enjoyed the layout of the course. The diverse setting made for an interesting race. I get bored if I have to run on a flat surface for 13 miles. If you run the Dubai Creek Half, you'll run over a bridge, through a tunnel, souq and sand. Moreover, you'll get a fabulous goodie bag, a post race massage (if you want it), a lovely breakfast and you can even take a shower after the race at the Dubai Golf Club. The Dubai Creek Striders as well as the Abu Dhabi Striders made this a wonderful event. |

| Comments: This was a fun race and plotted out on a good course. I would recommend it to friends. The breakfast afterwards was FANTASTIC! However, I bought an extra meal ticket for my wife who was only a spectator and didn't receive it. We both got in, but only after I got reprimanded by the race director for their mistake. |

This is such a great race but new runners can't/won't train over summer, so we have to train them for the RAK which is nowhere near as good. All the wonderful items that were in the bag, I felt lke a kid dipping in everytime pulling out something great and on top of that stuff that was sooo relevant to pre / post race and will be used. You thought of everything! At the finish line, your organization & food / drinks / ice cream / massage supplied for FREE! Wow, thank you, for the meagre price we paid, I think you have totally spoilt us for any other event that is held in Dubai or the UAE for that matter. | Comments: Definitely a very good race. The best so far that I participated in. Great crowd and good track. They could do the same as the RAK half and have different starts for different finish expected timing. RAK half is also as good as this race. |
