“l always love running here as the location is great with birds flying past you while you are trying hard negotiating an ascent or just when you think of the sweat streaming down your temple, a sweet note compels you to forget all your travails. and oh the huge pile of dounuts waiting for you after the race. thank you organisers!!!...will return next year, that' for sure.”

“The event was great. The medals and shirts were lovely. However, I think that it is ridiculous that we have to pay to enter the park. I think that the race coordinators should either try to get the fee waived by the Dubai Parks services or just include the fee in the registration cost. That was by far the most frustrating part since we paid money to enter a race only to have to pay for parking. I know it's only 10 AED but when you are paying for an event you shouldn't be expected to pay to park at it. ”
“For a change, we race in a park !! Don't expect a massive organization though : this is friendly / club racing. ”
“The race course is one of the best when it comes to Dubai based running groups! The hills are just enough of a challenge to keep things exciting! The competitors all seem to be seasoned runners, making you work harder. The donuts in the end are a bonus. ”

“A bit expensive for what we get : just a t-shirt and donuts... no goodies bag... The organisation fo the start is a bit hectic : briefing that could barely be heard, no real start line, no real finish line either : a banner with the word "start" and "finish" would be nice. People were very friendly and spectator support was great. All in all, we had fun even if those hills were hard ! Thanks !”

“This is probably one of the most testing race in the UAE race calendar. The flats are just long enough to open up your legs and get a decent pace up before testing both mental and physical strength to get up some very long and challenging inclines. This is a wonderful race with some great, 'like-minded' people. Well done to the organisers, it was a pleasure to be part of your event this year. I will be back... ”
