“Firstly I thought it was a wonderful touch at end when the last runner was cheered home in emphatic fashion. It says a lot for friendly nature of organizers and appreciation to new runners. One area for improvement, I would suggest is to make sure that a small momento is given for ALL finishers for future encouragment, maybe a medal or tshirt. There were many many beginners there who paid 50dhs to enter but really never recieved anything in return except cup of water. Seems the fun runners funded for trophies etc for the predictable elite winners but the fun runners I estimate were around 75% of participants. Other than that I felt the organizers put on a good show! ”
