“Due to rough seas the swim in the run/swim/run combination was at the last minute split into a swim(250m)/run(1600m)/swim(250m)/run(1600m) affair with the swim taking place within the sheltered marina area rather than the open sea - a wise move on the part of the organisers. Initially it was not clear where the transition area was to be which delayed people setting out their gear. This could be made clearer in the future. Timing chips and holding the event on a Saturday, rather than a Friday, was greatly appreciated. Maybe the organisers could consider turning this yearly event into say a race series of three events per year.”
“Split timings would be great (and should be ease to handle) T-Shirts look great, but are not that good fitting - probably woman and men sizes would be great. Nice experience to swim, run, swim, run in a race. That's a really untypical thing to do. BTW: Was it really 1,6km to run? Either it was shorter, or I was damned fast :-) Go on with events like this!d I like it! ”

“- weather was not the best for ocean swim so event organisers did the right thing and changed the course in short notice. Think this is commendable. - would be great if the run was more challenging in order to make the 'team' event more even for all team members. Think the runners got away with it easier than the swimmers. - to raise more money, would be good to have breakfast offered post the event. - thank you to the organisers of this worthwhile event!”

“It would be great to acknowledge 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. Makes people feel more involved and the awards are more fun. There were tons of great merchandise today to give away- it would have been more fun to spread it out to more people. Even if you didn't give the prizes to anyone but 1st place, I still think people would appreciate there being more than just 4 prizes given.”
